	Note: Once registered for electonic filing it will be the responsibility of the company and its directors to inform Companies House should you no longer wish to file electronically. This is a requirement by Companies House. Please also be aware that currently the only forms that can be submitted electronically are forms 288a, 288b, 288c, 287, and the Annual Return. Companies House will not accept paper versions for filing once a company has 'opted in'.
