Every company has a legal obligation to keep statutory registers, as detailed in the Companies Act.  ClientView will allow you to generate the company’s statutory registers electronically in a Microsoft Word format and we will ensure that, in addition to these electronic registers, we maintain the original company books of the company and update them as instructed by you.
