Companies House have stated that, by 2010, they expect all annual returns and most (if not all) statutory forms will be filed electronically rather than on paper.  ClientView can already automatically generate and submit your forms to Companies House.

Companies have their own unique authentication code, which we can apply for on your behalf, then we can file the necessary documents electronically for your company.

Any proposed new officer provides items of personal information which will become their “PIN”. The PIN is then used as a “signature”.
