• Advising on procurement options
• Preparing and negotiating terms of all construction
• Agreements for a number of major developers with contractors, specialist sub-contractors, consultants, banks and sureties
• Advising developers and property lawyers on relevant terms in development agreements, agreements for lease and licences to build, negotiating the same with tenants and investment purchasers, and preparing and negotiating all construction agreements to fit with these
• Advising on contractual positions and resolution options from site problems
• Acted for developers, local councils, specialist sub-contractors, retailers, leisure companies, hotel and pub companies

Commercial developments – residential

• Advising on procurement options
• Preparing and negotiating terms for a number of major developers with contractors, specialist sub-contractors, consultants, banks and sureties to ensure that NHBC requirements were met in addition to those of the developer
• Advising on contractual positions and resolution options from site problems, including contaminated land issues
• Acted for developers and social housing bodies

Manufacturing facilities

• Advising on procurement options
• Preparing and negotiating all construction and engineering and related agreement for new-build and refurbishments of manufacturing facilities, involving many different contractors, specialist sub-contractors and consultants and disciplines on each site.
