We act for occupiers both large and small with single site or multiple sites and across a range of industry sectors.  We concentrate on the individual business requirements and tailor property solutions, both in terms of the commercial terms and, often crucially, timing.

For clients with multiple properties, we invest time getting to know about the client’s business, to enable us to anticipate their needs in relation to the occupation of their premises.  We develop tailored reporting structures to make it easy for clients to keep track of progress and timing.
