Key Knowledge Areas

  • General Planning such as s106, s38, s278 and other planning and infrastructure agreements, and experience of working with and/or against local planning authorities.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of the planning system in relation to commercial and residential development.
  • Managing Planning based projects.
  • General Commercial Property experience.
  • Knowledge of public law, compulsory purchase, licensing (liquor and entertainment licenses) and environmental law will be advantageous.
