PROFILE

The Restructuring and Insolvency team has developed into a leading regional specialist restructuring and insolvency practice.

THE CURRENT PRACTICE BREAKS DOWN AS FOLLOWS:

• Acting for IPs on both transactional matters (e.g. administration sales and retention of title claims) and contentious matters (e.g. misfeasance claims);
• Assisting lenders (in particular alternative lenders) with the management of risk in unusual funding transactions and subsequently assisting with managing exits;
• Helping our SMW and entrepreneurial businesses manage risks and insolvency in their supply chains and their directors manage and balance their duties;
• Advising institutional and challenger banks on strategic enforcement, refinancing and restructuring solutions for distressed lender;
• Providing solutions in specialist sectors such as finance, recruitment and tech;
