Advising Xmo Strata Limited

EMW is delighted to announce that it has advised Xmo Strata Limited on the establishment of an employee ownership trust and the subsequent sale of the company to that trust.

Xmo Strata Limited are experts in the installation and maintenance of all types of signs in the UK with an admirable customer list. Steve Martin has managed and owned the company since 2002 and when looking at succession routes, considered a share sale to an employee ownership trust aligned well with the longstanding values of the company and the best option both for him and the employees.

Steve will continue to be involved in the company and commented:
