Most law firms talk about being commercial, being a trusted advisor, acting in a professional manner, delivering their work and projects on time and hopefully being technically competent. We say the same as these things are absolutely relevant to what we do day in day out, however these things should really be taken as a given.

So, we’re a business that sells legal services however we’re also a business just like any other. We’ve had our ups and downs, we’ve grown, we’ve moved offices, we have fought our own legal battle and experienced our share of challenges.
As the old cliché says we’ve been there and done that, have the t-shirts, which we believe means we can safely say we have been in your shoes at one time or another, whatever the situation you are in.
Our clients will testify that we treat people as equals and are “lawyers” who speak plainly. Our team are highly experienced individuals with expertise in their respective legal fields and we are all genuinely interested in yours.

I started EMW as an IT Helpdesk Apprentice and have progressed to an IT Helpdesk Engineer. My favourite thing about EMW is the amalgamation of work ethic, positive vibes, and flexible approach to the way we work. Everyone can make a positive impact.

I initially joined EMW as a paralegal and then completed my training with the firm. It’s true that there is a real opportunity to progress your career here. There is a hands-on approach to training which provides an opportunity to get involved with high value and complex matters.
