Assisting Brampton Valley Homes

EMW were delighted to act for Brampton Valley Homes in the sale of five affordable units at Harlington, Bedfordshire to Hightown Housing Association, represented by Winkworth Sherwood. Josh Clark, Lucy Richardson and Luke Collins made up the team acting for Brampton Valley in the initial acquisition of the site, as well as subsequent set up and disposal of the affordable dwellings. The units were transferred on a golden brick basis with Brampton Valley continuing to build and spec the homes to their usual exacting standards. Our fantastic plot sales team headed by Priya Lakhani will continue to act for Brampton Valley in the sale of the private plots and we look forward to seeing how these beautiful new homes look once they are finished.
