Barker Associates (Essex) Limited – EOT and EMI

We advised Barker Associates (Essex) Limited last year with its transition to employee ownership through the sale of the company to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) and, more recently the implementation of its Employee Management Incentive scheme.

Barker Associates is an established integrated property consultancy firm offering end-to-end services including project delivery, surveying, funding and energy and sustainability.

Following its sale to an Employee Ownership Trust, the Barker Associates’ EMI scheme represents a significant step in continuing to align its employee interests with the company’s long-term goals. Stuart White, Managing Partner of Barker Associates (Essex) Limited commented
