Assisting Riverside Capital

by Nick Ripper

6 October 2023

EMW has just assisted Riverside Capital with the grant of a new lease to Charles Tyrwhitt within the ground floor retail unit of the Yarnwicke building in London. Not only does the building offer high spec plug and play office solutions, this is a great addition to the retail offering on Cannon Street, as well as being a convenient place to grab a some great quality shirts or suits for the Yarnwicke tenants! Despite the current economic difficulties with the costs of goods and services, there are many retailers wanting to take on new premises to secure their expansion plans. It was great to get another deal done in the retail space in London for Riverside and Charles Tyrwhitt.
