Another Successful EOT Transaction

We are pleased to announce another successful completion of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) transaction.

The transaction involved the sale of the entire issued share capital of Whistlebrook Holdings Limited and is the 16^th successful EOT we have completed in the last 12 months.

Whistlebrook Limited and the wider group is now employee owned through a trust structure. The group is a software product solution company and has been creating innovative products for the financial services sector since 1997. Whistlebrook Limited has supported the growth of its financial services clients by providing data-driven software solutions to efficiently manage their regulatory, forecasting and accounting disclosure requirements.

EMW advised on all aspects of the EOT transaction from the pre-transactional support stages through to the final completion stage. During this time, we grew to know our client’s business well which played a key role when advising the best steps for the business.
