As a newly qualified solicitor, I am part of the Development and Infrastructure team assisting on acquisition and planning matters including dealing with statutory agreements. My previous experience covered a wide range of real estate transactions from standard conveyancing, enfranchisement, planning and site acquisition work, with an emphasis on social housing.
