- Completed a sophisticated transaction for an air services operator at London City Airport – another successful deal applying our specialist sector knowledge
- Successfully negotiated a lease regear and renewal for an established IP firm, securing their prime central London premises for an extended term
- Completed a creative surrender-and-new-lease arrangement at Bicester Heritage Park for an established B Corp client, enabling their expansion to larger premises on the same site
