25 May 2023: EMW Law advised HSBC in relation to its financing of the acquisition of a business based in the real estate sector.
21 June 2023: EMW Law advised HSBC on the provision of a £4.5m revolving credit facility to a customer to support its buy and build strategy in the healthcare sector.
September 2023: EMW Law advised HSBC in relation to facilities provided to Infinity Group, a leading Microsoft-focussed cloud services, security and business application partner. The facilities were to assist with its acquisition of RedkiteCRM, one of the few Microsoft focused Housing Management System providers serving serving the social housing sector.
