Advising long-standing client, H. L. Hutchinson Limited on share acquisition.

EMW has advised its long-standing client, H. L Hutchinson Limited, on its share acquisition of Crop Solutions Limited and its overseas subsidiary.

H. L. Hutchinson Limited, founded in 1938, is a family-run business specialising in agronomic and horticultural advice and farm business consultancy services in the UK. Crop Solutions Limited have 30 years experience in agriculture and vegetable production, specialising in the supply of crop nets and covers, including pegs, hoops, sandbags and threads.
