Advising Metro Bank on a Loan for Self-Storage Acquisition and Loan Redemption

EMW has advised its long-standing client, Metro Bank Plc, on the provision of a loan facility to support the acquisition of a self-storage business and the redemption of an existing loan. The funding will enable the Metro Bank’s clients to expand its group operations and pursue strategic growth opportunities.
