EMW is thrilled to have advised MHA, an independent member of the Baker Tilly International, on the successful merger of MHA with MHA Moore and Smalley.

As a firm of chartered accountants, audit, tax and business advisers, MHA provides premier accounting, assurance, tax and specialist business advice worldwide, drawing on internationally recognised industry and service line experts in 145 countries. MHA, ranked 10th globally, acts for clients ranging from entrepreneurs, individuals, SME’s to multi-national corporations.

MHA Moore and Smalley are a prominent firm of chartered accountants and business advisers employing over 400 staff with offices in Preston, Liverpool, Manchester, Blackpool,
Kendal, Lancaster and Nottingham.

This strategic union marks a significantly enhanced market position, bringing together dedicated professionals across 22 offices and boosting the combined team to 1,745 people, presenting many more opportunities for collaboration under shared vision and values.
