EMW has advised the shareholder of Orchard Day Nursery Holdings Ltd on the sale of the nursery group to Kindred Nurseries.
Orchard Day Nursery have three nursery and pre-school settings across Cambridgeshire providing inspiring facilities and a home from home learning environment for children. The business was founded in a church hall three decades ago and will continue under the ownership of Kindred.
The seller, Aimee, commented:
“The service I received from EMW was exceptional, everyone went above and beyond to support the process and myself. The deal was complex with a simultaneous demerger and sale, but EMW’s expertise and professionalism made the process seamless. I cannot recommend them highly enough.”
