EMW has advised the shareholders of Doré Woodman Limited on the sale of the company to Efficient Building Solutions Limited.
Doré Woodman operates in Kent, Surrey and Sussex and supply, install and maintain renewable energy products and high quality heating and plumbing solutions, focussing on residential air source and ground source heat pumps and underfloor heating installations.
The EMW team was led by Jeremy Eden. Also advising the shareholders was Chris Tomaszewski of Alexanders Chartered Accountants in Horley.
