EMW is delighted to announce that it has advised its long standing client, IW Capital, on its recent investment in Plumm Health Limited.

Plumm is a provider of HR and mental health solutions to businesses, providing self care resources, coaches and therapists. The investment by IW Capital investors will drive the growth of the company and it’s offering to a wider audience.

EMW has acted for IW Capital for almost a decade now and our ability to react quickly and streamline our process has been instrumental to that. In investment work, often the timescales are tight and the EMW Corporate team was able to pivot and leverage the strength in depth of the team to react quickly at every turn.
