Dyaco Acquisition

EMW advised Dyaco UK on its recent acquisition of a controlling interest in A&D Sports, the British manufacturer behind commercial strength and combat sports equipment brand, Exigo.

The transaction brings together two well established businesses in the fitness equipment sector, and we’re delighted to have played our part. Saying we can’t wait to see the Dyaco group continue to go from strength to strength feels particularly fitting here.
