Employee Ownership for CPC

EMW Law LLP has recently advised on the preliminary restructure and transition of CPC Project Services Limited to employee ownership, by the use of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

Brandon, finance director and former equity holder commented:

CPC is an independent company established in 1990, owned and operated by a network of experienced Partners. The company offers consultancy services that are delivering major construction, infrastructure and change projects across the UK and Ireland. With over 300 consultants, CPC is one of the largest project and cost management consultancies in the UK. In 2023, CPC were recognised in their industry as winners of the Association for Project Management’s SME of the Year and Building Awards’ Construction Consultancy of the Year.

The EMW team was led by Emma Bulleyment on the Restructuring and Tracy Evans on the EOT Share Sale, both being Partners in the Corporate team. Emma was assisted by Sharon Percival and Rebecca Turner. Tracy was assisted by Belinda Williams. Also advising CPC was Trevor Ling at Crowe and Kingsley Tedder, founder of Mobius Group.
