EMW announces exciting merger

Ramping up growth for our people and our clients

We’re delighted to share the news that EMW has merged with SP Law in a deal that sees our firms join forces, accelerate ambitious growth plans for our people and our clients and provide current SP Law clients with a wider range of services and resources under the EMW umbrella. It’s an exciting time for us, not just because we’re going back to our roots but also because we’re becoming stronger together.

At EMW we do more and we do it differently and we’ve found shared ambitions, ethos and values with SP Law. Northampton was in fact where it all began for EMW and whilst the last few years have seen us open offices in new places, our heart lies in our home town of Northampton and the wider Northamptonshire area.  Our merger with SP Law sees us once again with a Northampton office, and we couldn’t be more excited.

Who are SP Law?

Since its founding, SP Law has had a modern-day outlook whilst maintaining traditional, personal values, with a dedication to excellent service through expertise.

SP Law was founded in 2005 by Hassan Shah and Sundip Patel both very well-known and respected within the Northampton community, where we launched our firm back in 1992. SP Law advise clients on a range of legal services, from employment, family, landlord & tenant, personal injury, conveyancing, wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney and immigration.
