EMW Welcomes back Nikki Link as Partner into the Real Estate Team

EMW is delighted to announce the return of Nikki to our team as a Partner in the Real Estate team. Nikki brings just over two decades of experience in the property sector, seamlessly combining her commercial and legal expertise, and we are genuinely thrilled to welcome her back to EMW.

Nikki originally worked with EMW before going on to further develop her professional expertise in the property sector including a commercial tenure in-house at a well known development finance lender. Nikki has built an impressive track record in commercial real estate, working across a broad range of matters with a particular focus on real estate finance (both investment and development finance), as well as real estate investment and corporate occupier fields, particularly in the industrial and office sectors. Her professional experience includes advising clients on commercial lending, acquisitions, management, disposals of commercial property and landlord and tenant matters.  Nikki has worked with a diverse and impressive portfolio of clients, including institutional and private investors, developers, property companies, financial institutions (UK clearing banks as well as alternative lenders and challenger banks), and owners of retail parks, office developments, and funds and above all seeks to utilise the benefit of her various previous commercial experience in delivering prompt, practical and commercial legal advice to her clients.
