Proud to Support Quinn London with Their EOT Transition

We are proud to have played a key role in guiding London-based contractor, Quinn London, through its transition to an employee-owned business. Founded by Seamus Quinn, with a strong management team and a £100m turnover the company has now been acquired by an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), which immediately secured 100% ownership of the company.

Construction is the fastest growing sector for employee ownership, with a significant portion of the transactions that EMW has advised on in this sector.

Eamon, director of the company stated “After exploring various options, it became clear that employee ownership was the ideal path to safeguard the company’s future and support its ambitious growth plans, as well as a great opportunity for the owners to leave a legacy business on their terms.”
