We recently advised a long-standing client, Routeco Group Holdings Limited (‘Routeco’) on the partial acquisition of Autologic Holdings Limited (the ‘Target’).
Autologic Systems Limited (‘ASL’), a subsidiary of the Target, is a distributor of software, whilst also providing training and consulting services.
Routeco have acquired a majority stake in the Target with all employees and the management team remaining in place to continue serving the customers and further develop the business.
Routeco is part of Sonepar UK Limited. The company was formed in 1978 and has successfully established itself as one of the UK`s leading specialist distributors of industrial automation and control products, providing customers with products from global manufacturers, together with a range of added value services.
