Belinda Sibanda

I work within the Employment team assisting on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. My experience includes supporting clients with Employment Tribunal claims, including claims relating to unfair dismissal, discrimination, and unlawful deduction of wages. I also assist on a range of general employment matters relating to HR policies, contracts of employment, and managing staff exits.
