I handle all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing. I work on lease extensions, shared ownership leases, equity releases, new builds, auction acquisitions and sales, as well as Deeds of Variation and other residential property matters. I regularly act for first-time buyers, those moving up the property ladder, and property investors, always focusing on the individual needs of each client.

I also advise on commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, grants of new leases, and the sale or purchase of small businesses.
