With over 20 years’ experience in the property profession (both in commercial and legal capacities), my legal experience lies in a broad range of commercial real estate work but with particular emphasis on real estate finance (both investment and development) as well as real estate investment and corporate occupiers (mainly in the industrial, retail and office sectors) including the acquisition, management and disposal of commercial real estate, landlord and tenant matters and commercial lending (having acted for UK clearing banks, alternative lenders as well as challenger banks). My in-house experience prior to rejoining EMW at a well-known development lender now serves to build upon and utilise my commercial background in delivering prompt, practical and commercial legal advice.
