I advise businesses and individuals on all aspects of non-contentious electronic communications matters.  These range from individual matters such as 1954 Act leases and/or Code agreements (as appropriate) which facilitate both rural and suburban telecommunications and/or broadcast sites, to agreements for smart metering and the grant of wayleaves.  I also deal with the relocation of mast sites to permit both large and small scale development projects and am experienced in project management and legal delivery of high volume and often time critical non-contentious electronic communications projects.
